The app

The Dan Cruz Homes app for iPhone and iPad is the Property Readiness Grader, made for walking through a house. Score it across condition, location, showing access, marketing, terms and pricing, photograph each room from a shot list, and get a to-do list and a one-page PDF report. Your answers are saved on the device as you go, so you can keep working without signal.

Common questions

I can't sign in

Use the same method you used before: Apple, Google, or email and password. Each one is a separate login. If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, your account is under Apple's relay address. Email us and we'll find it.

My properties from the website aren't in the app

Sign in with the same account you use on dancruzhomes.com, then pull down on the property list to refresh.

How do I subscribe, and what does it include?

The portal subscription lets you save every property, share it with your agent, and get feedback from Dan Cruz. In the app, it's an auto-renewing monthly subscription through the App Store. It also unlocks the portal on dancruzhomes.com for the same account. The grader itself is free.

I already paid. How do I restore it?

Open Account and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dan Cruz Homes. If you subscribed on the website, email us and we'll cancel it. For refunds on App Store purchases, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account → Delete my account. That permanently removes your properties, photos and scorecards everywhere, including the website. It doesn't cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that first (see above).

The camera or photo library won't open

Go to Settings → Dan Cruz Homes and turn on Camera and Photos, then try again.
